Creative Kids Vouchers
If you plan to use a Creative Kids Voucher, please include the voucher number in the form. Once we receive payment for the term, you will receive a refund of the voucher amount.

Intermediate Students
If you are applying for the Adult Intermediate Class, please ensure you have followed the audition process steps and have uploaded your audition video. Click here to view the audition process.
